Tuition and Fees for 2011-2012 Academic Year

Application Fee: New Students only - $25.00 (non-refundable)

Registration: Required before any student may attend class. Registration is not refundable after the student is accepted into BCS.

Kindergarten:     $220.00
1st – 6th Grade: $240.00
7th – 12 Grade: $260.00

Tuition

For families with more than one child, a discount of 10 percent for each additional child has been calculated as follows:

PREPAY DISCOUNTS: $350.00 per family for tuition paid in full by July 1, 2011

There are two tuition payment options for the 2011-2012 school year.

1. Prepay the entire year.

2. Monthly payments through FACTS Tuition Services
   Payment options available:
   payments for either 10 or 11 months
   payments due either the 5th or 20th of the month

*Any check returned NSF will be charged an additional $25.00 fee.

WITHDRAWAL from SCHOOL FEE: The fee for withdrawing a student prior to the end of the school year is $50.00 per student. This fee will be taken from any tuition refund. In addition, no academic records will be released until a student’s financial responsibilities have been paid in full.

SPORTS FEES: Students who wish to participate in any sport are encouraged to do so. In order to help cover the expense of sports, a $75.00 fee per student, per sport, must be paid prior to the student’s participation. Sports fees are not refundable.

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT FEE: 12th grade students may request several official high school transcripts to be mailed directly to colleges or universities. Subject to the School’s records policy (below), official transcripts will be sent directly to colleges and universities of the student’s choosing. The initial transcript request is free of charge. Each subsequent transcript will cost $3.00.

FIELD TRIP FEE: On occasion, field trips are arranged in which students may participate and for which a fee is charged to cover expenses.
