Missions

“Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”

Missions are an integral part of the philosophy of Billings Christian Schools. Our emphasis is to be loving people to Christ with our gifts of time, talent, and financial resources, both in our local community and around the world.

Some of the ministry opportunities include:

Children decorate food containers and placemats every year for the homebound and Montana Rescue Mission at Thanksgiving.
Children made sandwiches with food donated from the school families to feed the homeless.
Food is served at the Mission by the students
Fresh fruits, vegetables and canned foods are collected and given to the Montana Rescue Mission.
Edible gingerbread houses are made and donated to the Women & Children’s Shelter.
Care packages filled with donated items from school families are sent to soldiers.
Individual soldiers are prayed for and corresponded with by the classes.
School supplies are gathered and sent to families in mission fields serving at Christian schools.
Backpacks were filled with supplies and donated to Women & Children Shelter.
Money is raised to support students and faculty for mission

Money is earned by the 6, 7th or 8th grade class to buy an animal/animals, soccer balls, and other items for World Vision.
Money is raised and donated to various missionaries by the 8th grade class through the annual Christmas store.
