Re-registration Checklist

Billings Christian Schools Corporation does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies, financial assistance programs, or other school-administered programs.

□	Submit a completed re-registration form along with a non-refundable fee to the Principal’s Office.  Please refer to the fee schedule to determine the applicable fee.
□	Provide a current physical exam from your family physician and current immunization records.
□	At least one parent/guardian and the enrolling student must interview with the Principal.
□	Sign Statement of Cooperation
□	Are previous school year’s tuition and/or fees current?  □  Yes        □  No   If no, please contact the Principal.
