Robert J. Carr
Bob is currently the Special Assistant to the Chancellor of Montana State University-Billings.  Prior to his present position, he was the Dean of the MSU Billings College of Technology.  In addition to a distinguished career in secondary and higher education, Bob is active in a number of professional development and service organizations.  Bob and his wife also own a small business in Billings.

Julianne Dufresne
For 42 years, Julianne taught children in Billings Public Schools.  She continues to teach at Rocky Mountain College where in the summers, she teaches classes for those students seeking a career in teaching.  Julianne is a member of a number of professional teaching organizations, and is active in several community and faith-based service groups.

Bill Gamsby
Bill is employed in sales at The Carpet Barn and also owns a small business in Billings.  Previously, he has worked for Zee Medical, and UPS.  Bill is active in several professional organizations, including Business Network International.  He is also involved in numerous community and national faith-based organizations.

Michael Monson
Michael Monson is an associate attorney at law at the Holland and Hart law firm in Billings.  He enrolled at Billings Christian Schools to complete his junior and senior high school years and graduated in 1999 as salutatorian. 

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Montana State University Billings and graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 2006.

He is married to Kristi Monson who graduated from Billings Christian Schools as valedictorian in 1999.

Michael became a member of the BCS Board of Directors in October, 2007.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Montana, and the Yellowstone Area Bar Association.  He and his wife are members of Faith Chapel in Billings.

Cindy Patterson
Cindy is employed by the City of Billings at the Parmly Billings Library where, she has been employed for 14 years and is a Children’s Librarian.  Previously, she worked at the Park County Library in Cody, Wyoming.  Cindy is active in and a member of a number of library and reading associations, and has served in a variety of community service organizations.

Carol Townsend
Carol works for the Montana Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers Council. Inc. in Billings, where she has been employed for many years.  She is currently the Executive Aide to the Executive Director and manages financial, MIS, patient billing/collection, and human resources.  Additionally, she plays a key role in the management of its satellite sites.  She is active in several community and regional organizations, and is also a Notary Public in and for the State of Montana.
