Annual Enrollment Fees
Enrollment fees are not refundable after the student is accepted into Billings Christian School and is payable at the time of student enrollment.
MULTI-STUDENT DISCOUNTS: For families with more than one child, a tuition discount of 12% for a second child and a 20% discount each additional child is available.
TUITION PREPAY DISCOUNTS: $150.00 per student (K-12) and $50/student (Preschool) for tuition paid in full by May 15, 2017.
There are two tuition payment options for the 2017-18 school year.
- Prepay the entire year.
- Monthly payments through FACTS Tuition Services. Payment options available: 10 or 11 month payments due either the 5th or 20th of the month (bi-monthly also is available). FACTS payments will be either by bank ACH or credit card (a 2.75% processing fee will be added to credit card payments).

SPORTS FEES: Students who wish to participate in any sport are encouraged to do so. In order to help cover the expense of sports, a $150.00 fee per student (5-8) and $175 fee per student (7-12), per sport, must be paid prior to the student’s participation. Sports fees are not refundable.
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT FEE: 12th grade students may request several official high school transcripts to be mailed directly to colleges or universities. Subject to the
School’s records policy (below), official transcripts will be sent directly to colleges
and universities of the student’s choosing. The initial transcript request is free of charge. Each subsequent transcript will cost $3.00.
FIELD TRIP FEE: On occasion, field trips are arranged in which students may
participate and for which a fee is charged to cover expenses.
